When the lightbulb came on...

I was exposed to saving at an early age. Mostly while grocery shopping with my mom on Saturdays! those grueling hours in the store seemed like forever back then. I had no idea just how much money she was saving by using coupons. (fast forward) Now I've adopted those same saving habits in my house. Early on I made a pledge to myself to never pay retail if i didn't absolutely have to. Coupon shopping is very cliche amongst my age group but is vastly becoming a trend amongst mothers to save as most as possible. Many people think that its too time consuming when really its not. The saving for me are mostly for things I use and my goal is not to hoard anything that was purchased "just because" you cant become a "frugal success"as I say by buying things just because. However after all the saving you can reward yourself with something that you've wanted and couldn't afford! My goal is to appeal to the younger age groups 18-34 to help realize that we need to SAVE money now more than ever! contribute to you long term goals to retire young or whatever goals you my have financially. I will convince you all that think couponing is something thats not for you how fun it really is to save money.
